We’re currently hiring a Senior Tax Manager or Director with deep experience in high-net-worth individual tax, closely held entities (S Corps, partnerships), and real estate. For the right person, this can be a track to partnership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and review complex returns: individual, trust, partnership, and corporate

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ultra/high-net-worth clients on tax planning and strategy

  • Stay current on tax laws and identify planning opportunities

  • Mentor and lead junior staff while fostering a supportive, collaborative culture

  • Engage directly with clients and their advisors in a high-touch, relationship-oriented practice

What We’re Looking For:

  • 9+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on HNW individuals and closely held businesses

  • CPA required

  • Background in a Big 4 or comparable top-tier accounting firm preferred

  • Strong technical command of individual, partnership, and real estate taxation

  • Excellent communication, sound judgment, and high integrity

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
