Role Snapshot

• Inspect inbound goods against defined specifications and acceptance standards.
• Record and report nonconformances, defects, and discrepancies immediately.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Conduct periodic audits of receiving processes to maintain quality rigor.
• Assist in creating, refining, and implementing QA protocols.
• Keep thorough inspection records and quality assessment documentation.
• Share insights and best practices during team discussions to improve outcomes.

You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent (extra QA education is a plus).
• Background in quality or receiving (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and sharp observation.
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team setting.
• Knowledge of QC methodologies and tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with basic software and accurate data entry.
