Responsibilities
- Operate imaging equipment, specifically Bi-Plane Imaging Suites, to perform heart catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and interventional radiology procedures.
- Adhere to strict infection control policies and procedures, including appropriate scrub attire and personal presentation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced cath lab environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech system.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends as required.
- Float to other related units when necessary in accordance with facility policy.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cath Lab setting required.
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with a Texas Medical Board License.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation preferred.
- Ability to comply with floating assignments and call schedule.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to unit dress and grooming policies.
