Inside Sales Administrator/Shipping Coordinator

Position provides daily support to our outside sales force and customers, including order fulfillment, invoicing and delivery. This position is our first line of support to our salesman in the field and is required to work directly with our 4-5 salesman in the field as well as customers via email. This is a position 90% done via email,excel, and our operating system SAGE MAS90.

Extremely busy work environment with high customer email contact

Qualified Candidate will be responsible for quoting customers, shipping, order verification, and invoicing. 4years plus experience is mandatory.

Key requirements:

Experience setting up LTL shipments including BOL's. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook

Bonus requirement: Sage MAS90
