Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This contract position provides an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver leave coverage support within a K-12 school setting. Located in Andover, MN, this role focuses on supporting students and staff across various grade levels during a temporary leave period.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide interventions
- Providing direct consultation and training to school personnel to enhance behavior management strategies
- Ensuring compliance with relevant educational and behavioral standards during the leave coverage period
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Valid BCBA certification with experience working in K-12 educational environments
- Strong skills in behavior analysis, intervention design, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively over a fixed-term contract
