NOW HIRING: QUICK-SERVE RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Location: 179 Connor Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $38,000 – $50,000
We are looking for experienced, high-energy Managers and a General Manager to lead our fast-paced quick-serve restaurant. If you’re passionate about great food, excellent guest service, and building strong teams, come find out why we are the cure for the common sandwich!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Meet sales goals and drive operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in quick-serve or fast-casual dining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach and motivate teams
- Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and financial management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification (preferred)
