We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and help grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple platforms.

Position Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Manager will oversee social media strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships, campaign execution, and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of fashion trends, social media best practices, content performance analytics, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, fast-paced, and passionate about fashion marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

· Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms

· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns

· Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

· Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction

· Track social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Content Creation & Campaigns

· Collaborate with design, sales, and creative teams to develop marketing campaigns

· Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, influencer content, and seasonal launches

· Write compelling captions, marketing copy, and promotional messaging

· Assist with email marketing campaigns and website content updates

· Develop content calendars aligned with product launches and marketing goals

Influencer & Brand Partnerships

· Identify and manage influencer, ambassador, and creator relationships

· Coordinate partnerships, gifting campaigns, and paid collaborations

· Track campaign performance and ROI

Digital Marketing & Analytics

· Analyze social media and campaign performance metrics

· Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

· Support paid social advertising initiatives

· Optimize campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversion data

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred

· 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or fashion marketing

· Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Photography/video editing experience is a plus

· Fashion industry experience preferred
