Job Duties
- Pick customer orders using RF scan guns
- Pack, wrap, label, and prepare shipments
- Process online and customer orders accurately
- Verify packaging, labels, and documentation
- Use handheld scanners and WMS systems
- Stand, bend, lift, and move throughout 8–10 hour shifts
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- 2+ years warehouse or order‑picking experience
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (select roles)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic computer and warehouse software skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for full shift
- Steel/Safety Toe Shoes required
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
