As a Lawn Care Professional, you will deliver high-quality lawn care services while representing the trusted reputation of Lawn Doctor of St. Charles, a locally owned business backed by a nationally recognized brand. This is a seasonal, full-time role in a fast-paced environment where pride in your work, reliability, and professionalism matter every day. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and related services with consistency and attention to detail
• Operate, maintain, and respect equipment as if it were your own
• Follow daily service routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers, answering basic questions when appropriate
• Document services and lawn conditions accurately using our mobile system
• Identify lawn issues and provide clear, honest feedback to the office
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment that reflect pride in your work
• Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and self-management
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, accountable work environment

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow proven processes
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• A sense of ownership, integrity, and personal accountability
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time during the season
• Must have or be able to pass the state pesticide safety general standards test
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and complete required training and certifications

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time, MondayFriday
• Occasional Saturdays during peak periods
• Early morning start times required
