Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or 4 required)

- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of IEP development and compliance
Responsibilities:
- Deliver resource support to a manageable elementary caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans that address academic and behavioral goals
- Adapt and modify instructional materials to ensure accessibility
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation required under state and federal regulations
- Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that facilitates learning and growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and ongoing professional development
