Duties
- Prepare visit reports for each patient
- Maintain demographic, PMH, current medication list and pharmacy information for each patient;
- Schedule ancillary testing and referral appointments
- Document status of all visits and any recommendations made on Referral Tracker
- Assist with completion of prior authorization requests and disability paperwork
- Contact patients at least 1-2 days prior to their appointments to send them the informed consent forms and telehealth link
- Will be trained to administer questionnaires and brief speech and neurocognitive tests as applicable
- (CTE, FUs, LCPI, TBIS)
Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Must be tech-savvy and have knowledge of working in cloud-based software like G-Suite
- Must be a team player and efficient
- Must complete required pre-employment assessments

- Full time hourly W-2 position
- 14 days PTO

- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm schedule, Mon-Fri (Fixed Weekends off)
- Starting $20/hour subject to periodic review at intervals determined at NBII’s sole discretion
