Job DescriptionSalary: $57,165-$76,220

Division: Academics
Reports to: Principal
Schedule: 10month position | 7:50am3:50pm or 8:00am4:00pm

Position Summary: The Teacher is responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports academic growth and socialemotional development. This role includes planning and delivering instruction, assessing student progress, collaborating with colleagues and families, and implementing the schools inquirybased and IB/PYP curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standardsaligned lessons
• Assess student learning and use data to guide instruction
• Support socialemotional learning and differentiated instruction
• Collaborate with coteachers, coaches, and learning specialists
• Implement IEPs and academic interventions as needed
• Maintain effective communication with families
• Participate in schoolwide events and professional development
• Integrate technology and multicultural perspectives into instruction
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or related field
• Elementary teaching experience preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to equity, respect, and studentcentered learning
