Description
As a Registered Nurse in Telemetry, you will provide specialized care for patients with cardiovascular conditions. You'll monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires strong assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to critical changes in a patient's condition. Requirements
- 1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary
- Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Franklin
- Current Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start, ACLS preferred
- Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- RTO MUST be included at time of submission
- NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required
