We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team consisting of Professional Engineers and Licensed Site Remediation Professionals.
This position offers an opportunity to be part of a small dynamic multi-disciplinary engineering firm. The successful applicant will develop several different skill sets in this position.
Duties
- Evaluate federal, state, county and local regulations
- Assist in performing site and remedial investigations
- Prepare site plans
- Assist in preparing remedial action work plans
- Prepare and submit applications to the NJDEP Land Use Regulation program
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports to the NJDEP Site Remediation Program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with GIS, Excel and AutoCAD
- Ability to grasp environmental law, regulations and permitting procedures
- Effective communication skills for preparing reports
- One to five years experience
