Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. The position is responsible for delivering comprehensive behavioral health screening, assessment, and diagnostic services to individuals across the lifespan. This role provides direct linkage to community-based and telehealth services, ensuring support that is practical, collaborative, and person-centered. The clinician maintains strong knowledge of ISBH programs, eligibility requirements, and internal processes while using data analytics to manage referrals and support program operations.
The pay range for this position is $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
Essential Functions:
- Performs indicated screenings, assessments, and diagnoses on individuals seeking services.
- Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred people, families, and communities.
- Provides direct linkage to local and telehealth services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.
- Maintains advanced knowledge of ISBH programming, processes, and systems including program requirements and eligibility.
- Meets people wherever they may be with support for self-management of health and wellbeing.
- Continuous learning to competently assess individuals across the lifespan with a variety of needs
- Regularly utilizes data analytics and reporting to manage program referrals
- Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
- Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
- Collaborate across programs for excellent care delivery.
- Meets billing productivity requirements as established by ISBH
- Facilitates the execution of agency agreements, consents, and other required client documents.
- Travel within designated service area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Education/ Licensure:
- High school degree or GED equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related fields is required
- Master's degree in counseling or related fields is preferred
- Licensed in the state of Ohio as an (LSW/LPC) is required
- Licensed in the state of Ohio as an (LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT) is preferred
- Ability to become CANS certified with appropriate annual renewals of certification is required
Experience:
- Experience with multi-need individuals and families is required
- Broad knowledge of community service systems is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is required
- Excellent organizational skills is required
- Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required
- An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
- Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems is preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
- Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required
- Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection is required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer is required
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is required
