Job Description
The Mortgage Servicing Specialist dealing with Tax Escrow is responsible to obtain, check and pay all property taxes. 
Reports to
<ul>
<li>Mortgage Servicing Manager</li>
</ul>

Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform debit escrow analysis annually</li>
<li>Answers customer inquiries on real estate taxes and water bills</li>
<li>Orders any missing bills, in time to avoid delinquent penalties</li>
<li>Hand posts all irregular tax payments and tracks zero Real Estate Billing</li>
<li>Resolves any questionable bills</li>
<li>Checks all delinquent tax items/lien sales and resolves them by contacting Title Company or the mortgagor</li>
<li>Maintains knowledge of various departmental roles and cross-train colleagues on Tax Escrow</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
