Optimal Health Chiropractic & Physical Therapy is a fast-growing, patient-centered sports rehab clinic specializing in chiropractic care, physical therapy, advanced therapies, and performance-based rehabilitation. We are looking for a motivated, energetic Physical Therapy Aide to join our team and assist our doctors and therapists in delivering exceptional patient care.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists and chiropractors with patient exercise programs

• Set up treatment areas and help guide patients through rehab protocols

• Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment rooms

• Support front-desk flow when needed (greeting patients, basic assistance)

• Demonstrate and cue proper form for exercises under supervision

• Help manage patient flow to ensure an efficient schedule

• Contribute to a positive, encouraging clinic environment

🔹 Ideal Candidate

• Interested in health, fitness, rehab, sports medicine, or chiropractic care

• Strong communication and people skills

• Energetic, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy clinic

• Comfortable learning new rehab techniques and equipment

• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented

• No prior experience required — we will train the right person

Perfect for pre-PT, pre-chiro, exercise science, athletic training, or kinesiology students looking for experience.
