Required Qualifications
Sonographer, OB/GYNReferences: 1 Reference in entire work history•Associate's Degree Completion of two year hospital or college program accredited by the American Medical Association. Required
•less than 1 year Required
•1-3 years Years' experience performing OB and GYN ultrasound exams and high risk (level II) OB ultrasound exams, preferred.
•Knowledge of sterile techniques and procedures, including amniocentesis.
•Ability to adhere to all AIUM guidelines.
•Ability to addresses problems of patient care as they arise and make decisions to appropriately resolve in the moment.
•Must show a high degree of judgment and skill in the use of US equipment and related technology.
•Demonstrated technical skill sets in the performance of US imaging studies.
•Effective interpersonal skill sets that lead to productive communications and collaborations.
•Competency in interpreting physician order requests for US imaging studies.
•Ability to consistently produce quality images.
•RDMSOBGYN-Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer OBGYN - ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required and
•BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association or American Red Cross Required
