**Required Experience:**\n- Minimum of 2 years ER experience\n- Must have a full year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months with no gap in employment greater than 90 days in the past year\n\n**Preferred Experience:**\n- Charting System Experience: Preferred\n- Charting System Name: Epic\n\n**Required Skills:**\n- Work Settings: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi\n- Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure\n- IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Central line care/management\n- Medications: Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors\n- Respiratory: CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients\n- Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Triage\n\n**Preferred Skills:**\n- Work Settings: STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility\n- Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias\n- IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Arterial line management\n- Respiratory: Interpretation of ABGs\n\n**Certifications Required:**\n- ACLS\n- BLS\n- NIHSS\n- PALS\n- TNCC\n- CPI and MAB preferred\n\n**Other Requirements:**\n- 2 references required; one from supervisor level or above, the 2nd can be a charge RN. All references must be from the past year.\n- Infusion Pump training and Glucometer training must be completed by the Sunday prior to the start date.\n\n**Additional Requirements:**\n- Candidates address with a 75-mile radius will be considered as local. Locals not accepted.\n- Pending License not accepted.\n- Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed. Kansas and Missouri or compact license required at time of submission.\n- No travel partners accepted.\n\n**Educational Modules:**\n- Pre-start modules: 3 hours of pre-start EMR modules\n- EPIC training module required, with option to complete EPIC test out or module.\n\n**Additional Notes:**\n- Must have both Kansas and Missouri or compact in hand at time of submission.\n- Reference Requirement: 2 references required, one from a supervisor level or above and the second from a charge RN, all within the past year.
