Responsibilities:

Meeting with new business clients and retail customers face-to-face
After training is complete, understanding product knowledge
Meeting the needs of our clients with integrity
Creating a positive experience for our customers
Account management and retention
Team and account development
Key liaison between client and customer
Client relationship-building and problem-solving
