Job DescriptionAre you a service-minded professional with experience in a legal office environment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, active role that blends hands-on tasks with customer-facing responsibilities? If so, we are looking for a Legal Office Support Specialist who will bring a strong technical aptitude, reliability, and a passion for exceptional service to our on-site legal operations team. This role will focus on: Operating and maintaining copy/print equipment in a high-volume environment, Delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, Managing document production, scanning, and imaging services, Performing accurate shipping and receiving, Troubleshooting print/copy equipment issues and coordinating service as needed. Assisting with mailroom responsibilities, including package handling and delivery. Maintaining supply inventory and ensuring workspace organization. Great Location! Great Pay!
