About the Role
As a Paraprofessional at Beanstalk Academy, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and staff in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging childcare experience for our children. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the classroom, helping to plan and implement activities, and supporting the daily routines of our students
• Working closely with teachers, providing one-on-one attention and support to children as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children
• Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed of their child's daily activities and progress

Requirements
