Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, publishing, and optimizing engaging content across social media, websites, trade shows, and digital advertising. This individual will help maintain brand consistency, support marketing campaigns, and enhance the company’s online presence through strategy and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, edit, and manage digital assets for advertising, websites, social media, and events.
- Oversee the scheduling and publishing of content across multiple platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to develop marketing copy for campaigns and virtual events.
- Ensure brand and strategy alignment in content development.
- Assist with creating sales collateral for distributors and customers.
- Participate in planning and execution of digital campaigns.
- Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Maintain and organize the digital asset library for easy access.
- Research digital and social trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Measure and analyze digital performance to optimize future efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 2 years of B2B Marketing experience with heavy graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of written content, videos, and graphics.
- Basic understanding of SEO practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills.
