Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Camden Wyoming, DE, supporting students within a school setting. This contract position is full-time, Monday through Friday, during the 2026–2027 school year, offering a chance to engage directly with students and school teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech and language assessments
- Develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in team meetings and provide IEP support
- Collect and document progress monitoring data
- Maintain detailed therapy notes and records
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Delaware licensure or certification as an SLP is required; SLP Assistants (SLPAs) are not being considered
- Proven experience in school-based speech-language pathology
- Skilled in conducting evaluations and IEP development
- Familiarity with software systems such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work an on-site schedule
Location: Camden Wyoming, Delaware
Work Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday during the 2026–2027 school year
