Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K-12 students with specialized behavioral needs within a school environment located in Lees Summit, Missouri. The positions are contract-based for the current school year (CSY), offering approximately 37.5 hours per week. Multiple openings are available, primarily for 1:1 support roles.

Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized behavioral interventions and support to students, including one student with a seizure disorder requiring close attentiveness Work closely with certified BCBAs for supervision and case management Implement behavior plans and collect data as directed Collaborate with school special education staff and participate in virtual meetings as needed Support students at both middle school and high school levels during school hours (middle school: 7:00 a.m.2:30 p.m.; high school: 7:30 a.m.3:00 p.m.)

Qualifications and Experience: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 settings Ability to work one-on-one in classroom and school environments Competence with behavioral intervention techniques and data collection Availability to begin work as soon as possible and complete necessary background clearances and drug screening promptly Strong communication skills for both direct student support and collaboration with educators and supervisors
