Job Description

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Admin for a small for a small private specialty clinic located near Shaker Heights, OH. This is a full-time, on-site position for a person who is detail oriented, compassionate, has a great phone presence and fantastic administrative and people skills. Hours are 8:30am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, checking in and checking out patients
  • Answering all [high-volume] phone calls
  • Verifying insurances/ benefits; collecting balances, answering billing questions
  • Maintaining medical records and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as medical receptionist or admin in medical-related position
  • Must have strong computer skills and understand how to navigate and operate EMR system
  • Must understand insurance processing, billing, collections
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor

Please note, the office and property is a smoke-free work environment.

Compensation: $18-$20/hour.
