Office Manager / Client Experience Manager
Spokane, WA (In-Person)

We are seeking an Office Manager to play a central role in shaping the client experience at our firm. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional client experiences, bringing order to complexity, and becoming a trusted, steady presence at the center of a growing business.

We are a close-knit team, and you will work directly with the founder in a high-trust environment, with increasing responsibility and leadership as the firm grows.

What You’ll Own
Client Experience Lead
- Serve as the first impression and ongoing point of contact for clients
- Create an environment where clients feel welcomed, known, and cared for
- Coordinate and prep both in-person and virtual meetings end-to-end
- Ensure every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Operations
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and daily office rhythm
- Prepare client materials and coordinate internal workflows
- Maintain organization across systems, documents, and communication
- Support day-to-day operational execution across the firm
Firm Coordination & Support
- Act as a central hub between clients, advisor, and internal processes
- Ensure consistent follow-through on all client-related tasks
- Help create a calm, focused, and well-run environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3+ years of administrative, operations, or client service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear, professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Comfort with technology (CRM systems, MS Office, Mac-based environment)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$55,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities over time

This role is designed as a permanent position with increasing responsibility, compensation, and leadership over time for the right individual.
Location
This is an in-person role based in Spokane, Washington. Travel is not required for this position.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform light physical tasks such as preparing meeting spaces and maintaining office organization.
