We are seeking an experienced full-charge bookkeeper to manage our books end-to-end while supporting floorplan inventory, MSO tracking, and dealer packet accuracy.
THIS POSITION IS 100% IN-OFFICE. REMOTE OR HYBRID WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop in a dealership environment
• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Floorplan inventory tracking, payoffs, curtailments, and aging
• MSO intake, tracking, and reconciliation to inventory and sales
• Dealer packet preparation including invoices, MSOs, titles, and supporting documents
• Sales tax calculation and filings (county and state)
• Dealership financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow)
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready QuickBooks files
• Communicate with manufacturers, floorplan lenders, and other dealers regarding orders, invoices, credits, and discrepancies
• Provide professional customer service when coordinating with dealers, lenders, vendors, and internal staff
• Support manufacturing invoicing accuracy and order follow-through
• Work directly with ownership on financial clarity, controls, and process improvement
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop (dealership use)
• Proven experience with floorplan accounting and inventory-based businesses
• Familiarity with MSOs, titles, and dealership documentation workflows
• Comfortable communicating with manufacturers, floorplan lenders, and dealers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently in an office environment
