Role Expectations
- Play a key role in the assembly and operation of various machinery and tooling.

- Assist in routine machinery maintenance alongside troubleshooting high-level issues with experts.
- Engage proactively in a variety of training sessions to refine skills and enhance safety protocols.
- Keep the work environment organized to foster a safe and productive atmosphere.
- Partner with the team to smash production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Holding a high school diploma or equivalent is essential; technical school exposure is a bonus.
- A foundational understanding of machining procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A razor-sharp attention to detail and a zeal for quality workmanship.
- Strong team collaboration and communication abilities, coupled with a strong desire to learn.
- Physically fit to handle lifting 50 lbs and enduring long-standing work sessions.

- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Proficiency in CNC Programming

- Acquainted with G-Code and M-Code
- Experience in Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Manual Machining prowess
