The Product Specialist & Delivery Coordinator will focus on educating customers on the technology in their new car. Before and after the sale, the Vehicle Delivery Coordinator will meet with the customers to inform the customer on all the technology in their vehicle. They will answer all customer questions, give them a walk through of the dealership and follow-up with them after the sale.
This person must:
- Maintain a complete understanding of all technical aspects
- Make a good impression on customers as they enter the dealership
- Build a rapport with customers during initial test drive
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Inspect each vehicle prior to delivery to make sure that the delivery process is smooth
- Complete all associated paperwork with the delivery
- Maintain a professional image
What we are looking for:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Customer Service Experience
- Computer Knowledge
