Position Overview: The Electrical General Superintendent will supervise and lead electrical work on multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You'll work closely with the Electrical Operations Manager to help grow and develop the Electrical Self-Perform team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role, shape the future of our electrical projects, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical scope of multiple government projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with the Electrical Operations Manager to build and develop the Electrical Self-Perform team.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety standards for electrical construction work.
• Provide expert guidance on electrical tools, equipment, and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety on site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, RFPs, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• 10+ years of electrical trade experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role on large commercial or government projects.
• Experience in design-build and DoD projects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Primavera P3/P6 and Oracle knowledge a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour, CPR, First Aid certifications required; EM-385 and STS certifications a plus (training available).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
