Job DescriptionOur client is scaling fast and hiring their first dedicated HR Generalist to build structure, streamline operations, and support a growing team. If you're a scrappy, detail?driven HR pro who thrives in a small, high?energy environment, this role is calling.
The Opportunity
You'll run point on the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, benefits, HR systems, compliance, and day?to?day support. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) partners directly with senior leadership and has real ownership from day one.
What You'll Lead
- Full-cycle recruitment support and smooth onboarding
- HRIS management (Paylocity + SuccessFactors)
- Benefits administration, including health and 401(k)
- Training, performance, and employee engagement activities
- HR compliance, employee questions, and issue resolution
- Office operations: visitor management, facilities, IT coordination
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience (open to more senior talent)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem?solving instincts
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving, hands-on environment
- Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity/SuccessFactors a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
The Details
- Salary: $70-90k base + 10% annual bonus
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits start the 1st of the month after hire
- 3 weeks PTO, 12 holidays, unlimited sick time
- No travel; supports U.S. employee population
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
