Position Overview
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers in person, providing product information, answering questions, and guiding customers through current offers and promotions. This role focuses heavily on customer interaction, sales presentations, customer retention, customer acquisition, and overall customer satisfaction.
You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while contributing to daily sales goals, campaign performance, and territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional face-to-face sales presentations

- Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options
- Assist with new customer enrollments and account upgrades
- Support daily sales goals, performance metrics, and team objectives
