About the Role
We're looking for a motivated CNC Lathe Operator to join a growing precision manufacturing team in Santa Ana. This is a great entry point for someone early in their machining career who wants to build real hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts per blueprint specifications
- Load and unload materials and finished components
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine performance and report issues to setup personnel or supervisors
- Maintain production quality and follow all safety procedures
- Complete production documentation and inspection records accurately
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of CNC lathe operating experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools
- Basic understanding of machining tolerances and shop math
- Strong reliability and a willingness to learn
- Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is a plus
