POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is in-office only. This is an entry-level position that demands diligence on details and high accuracy. This position involves standardized financial report production, financial data input, and enforcing procedures among employees.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • QuickBooks Data Entry: Credit Card Receipts, Write Off Balances
  • QuickBooks Reports Production
  • Check & Invoice Scanning, E-Filing, & Mailing
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Vendor Statement Reviews for Outstanding Invoices
  • Stale-Dated Checks Resolution
  • Personal Reimbursement Audits
  • User Setup on TPA Platforms for Medical Billing & Records
  • QuickBooks: Client Trust & Cost Account Deactivation
  • Other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • FileVine Case Management experience is preferred, but not required
  • Exercise Extreme Attention to Detail

  • Wisely Manage Time to Prioritize Multiple Competing Tasks
  • Take Initiative & Demonstrate Logical and Reasonable Decision-Making Skills
  • Maintain Organization with Workspace & Electronic Documentation
  • Demonstrate Proficiency in MS Office Suite (OneDrive, Excel, etc.)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office setting as well as working out in the field with the public at events. This role routinely uses standard office equipment: manual dexterity, physical mobility, and some physical strength/stamina.
