• The Data Analyst will support wildfire mitigation and grid operations initiatives through detailed GIS and communications data quality work.
• This role focuses on updating field device communications states (e.g., reclosers, capacitors), validating and reconciling geospatial and operational data, and ensuring accuracy across integrated systems.
• The analyst will also participate in major platform upgrade testing, including ADMS v39, OMS testing, and wildfire‑related test scenarios.
• This position is highly cross-functional and collaborates closely with internal teams such as Wildfire Engineering, Control Room Operations, and point‑to‑point testing, as well as with external vendor
• Candidates must be comfortable working with GIS systems that feed other mission‑critical platforms and have experience with version‑based editing workflows.
• Strong communication skills, self‑directed learning, and an ability to execute mid‑term projects independently are essential.
• The position follows a hybrid schedule (Tue/Wed/Thu onsite), requires no travel, and supports a collaborative, supportive team environment.
