Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on Java/J2EE and modern cloud stacks. This role requires strong leadership, excellent client management skills, and deep technical acumen to ensure seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budget preparation, client negotiation, and project forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability in technical hiring, screening, and team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with global delivery teams.
