As a Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the organization and management of data related to our diverse array of construction information. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a with a keen eye for detail. This role demands a blend of speed, accuracy, and an understanding of analyzing and entering data into various systems.
Responsibilities: ·
- Accurately input data from various computer systems.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and proofreading.
- Quickly adapt to and learn about new computer systems and features.
- Internal and External support for customers and field personnel.
- Create necessary reports in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Skills:·
- Preferred knowledge of new built energy rebates.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new computer systems and processes quickly.
- A team player with effective communication skills.
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Detail oriented
