Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to support a top-performing organization in the industrial services industry. In this role, you will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of client inquiries. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate with internal departments, and implement process improvements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring all inquiries and orders are processed efficiently.
- Evaluate phone and email communications for quality assurance.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Obtain and analyze all necessary information to address product and service inquiries.
- Oversee new customer setups and maintain accurate customer databases.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests while meeting service deadlines.
- Organize and prioritize workflows to align with customer timeframes.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution and order coordination.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Manage mail, faxes, express packages, and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of at least 2–4 people in an industrial services or related industry.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM and proficiency in ten-key data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn other software applications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to handle change, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in problem-solving and maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation.
