Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a plumbing company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while managing inquiries, scheduling jobs, and overseeing billing processes.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with attention to detail and courtesy.
• Manage and operate a multi-line phone system to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Coordinate job scheduling, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely service delivery.
• Process billing transactions accurately and assist with resolving payment issues.
• Handle billing collections by following up on outstanding accounts and maintaining clear records.
• Provide detailed information and guidance to customers about services and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and resolve any challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and service updates.
• Uphold company standards in customer care and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong ability to handle inbound calls and inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with managing a multi-line phone system.
• Proficiency in job scheduling and coordinating tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of billing processes and collections procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
