Position: Master Plumber – Smart Plumbing Technology
Location: Trenton, New Jersey
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No on-call, evening, or weekend work required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install and service advanced smart plumbing products such as Flo by Moen, Phyn, Flume, Leak Defense, FloLogic, and more

• Guide homeowners through how these devices work to prevent leaks, reduce damage, and conserve water

• Perform light plumbing repairs and installations—valves, fixtures, small appliances, etc.

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively

• Mentor and support junior techs and field staff as needed

• Represent our brand with professionalism and customer-first service

What We’re Looking For

• Active Master Plumber License in the State of New Jersey

• 5+ Years of Residential Plumbing Experience

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn smart water technologies

• Comfortable with Wi-Fi setup, smart device integration, and light tech troubleshooting

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening

• Positive, dependable, and proactive attitude
