We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will manage key financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of bookkeeping processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and payroll systems.


Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.

• Utilize QuickBooks to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks efficiently.

• Process payroll using PayChex and address related inquiries.

• Assist with general HR tasks at a mid-level generalist capacity.

• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to support audit processes and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage vendor communications and payment schedules.

• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and HR duties.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Experience performing bank reconciliations with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with payroll systems, particularly Paychex

• Solid understanding of general HR practices and procedures.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
