As an Optician at Vision Republic, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and personalized care. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in selecting the perfect eyewear to match their needs, style, and prescription. - Interpreting prescriptions provided by eye doctors and explaining lens options to customers. - Measuring and fitting frames and lenses to ensure optimal comfort and vision. - Performing adjustments and repairs to eyewear when needed. - Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
