This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who enjoys inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting products to ensure quality standards are met before release or shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products, components, or materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform functional testing and basic troubleshooting on defective or non-conforming items
• Identify, document, and report quality issues and defects
• Assist with repairs, adjustments, or rework when needed
• Maintain accurate inspection and repair records
• Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines
• Work closely with production, warehouse, or engineering teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade education a plus)
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, repair, or production support
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools and inspection equipment
• Comfortable documenting findings and following written procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, assembly, or warehouse environments
• Familiarity with quality control processes or inspection checklists
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience
• Prior experience with testing, calibration, or rework processes
