About the Role
As a Production Technician, you’ll work inside a state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom producing BioProcess Containers, essential to the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
You'll succeed here if you’re detail‑oriented, enjoy hands‑on work, and thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers
- Follow detailed instructions, SOPs, work documents, and technical drawings
- Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across all production steps
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of production experience preferred (assembly, warehouse, order picking also count!)
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills (for training modules)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to cGMP and cleanroom standards
Work Environment
This is a professional cleanroom setting where you will:
- Wear required PPE: gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses
- Follow strict gowning procedures (no makeup or jewelry allowed)
- Work in 60–70°ree;F environment with 30%+ humidity
- Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
