Job DescriptionSalary: $15-$17 per hour 
As a Medical Assistant you will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
 
Responsibilities:
 
<ul>
<li>Interview patients and document basic medical history</li>
<li>Schedule specialist appointments</li>
<li>Arrange hospital admissions and referrals</li>
<li>Check-in patients and update electronic medical records</li>
<li>Vitals and triage of patients</li>
<li>Assist during medical examinations</li>
<li>Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments</li>
<li>Vaccine administration</li>
<li>Draw blood and perform other in- house lab tests</li>
</ul>
 
Skills
<ul>
<li>Proven working experience as a medical assistant in a clinic setting- Pediatrics preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work</li>
<li>Social perceptiveness and service oriented</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
