- Produce strategic presentations, marketing suite graphics, digital layouts, event materials, temporary signage, window clings, and wayfinding graphics.
- Create original visual identities from concept through final execution, including mockups, stakeholder presentations, revisions, and finalized visual toolkits.
- Develop new corporate templates and update existing brand standards, color palettes, typography systems, and visual guidelines.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring consistent application of brand standards across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and effectively communicate with team members across multiple locations.
- Uphold a high standard of visual quality and ensure all assets are accurate, on-brand, and completed on schedule.
- Support the Head of STUDIO with design priorities and assist the current Director with project transitions prior to leave.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in visual design, or brand design within a corporate, creative agency, real estate, architectural, or environmental design environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred; exceptional portfolios will also be considered in place of a degree.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present work and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Friendly, patient, collaborative, and comfortable working with teams across different locations.
- Highly organized, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
