Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, addressing their needs effectively.
- Delegate and assign tasks appropriately to other team members.
- Lead the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient management.
- Participate in procedural sedation and support admissions, blocks, and recovery processes.
- Adhere to dress code policies and maintain professional conduct.
- Complete an 8-hour orientation and remain flexible to work holidays as needed.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in procedural sedation.
- Experience with admissions, blocks, and patient recovery management.
- Ability to complete required training in verbal de-escalation (Welle or CPI training).
- Willingness to comply with a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
- Availability to work within specified schedule requirements, including call and holiday shifts.
