POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help drive the recruiting process and ensure that candidates have a positive experience. This is a highly collaborative role that will work very closely with recruiters, HR Systems team, human resource managers, hiring managers and candidates. Strong technology experience is required. This is a matrixed, shared services position supporting many different affiliated companies. The ideal candidate has talent acquisition experience, a quick learner, organized, and detail oriented.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage weekly new associate onboarding experience (ie. Room reservations, catering, presentation management, technical set up, new hire gifts, group photos, guest speakers, etc.).
• Manage pre-hire status summary reports in Workday.
• Initiate New Hire Orientation welcome emails to weekly new hires.
• Initiate AdobeSign for contracts, agreements, referral payments, and job description approvals.
• Manage the I9 process for onsite and remote new hires.
• Assist with monthly “Catch the Culture” new associate orientation event (hand out documents and set up).
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with calendar management and escorting candidates for onsite interviews.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Provide technical support to recruiters and managers.
• Initiate and manage manual background checks.
• Assist with MVR process and background check reports.
• Manage the electronic onboarding process for new hires (ready for hire, new hire docs, training assignments).
• Coordinate and assist with questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Create weekly and ad hoc reports.
QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or human resources support role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to use Workday; preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment successfully.
• Ability to learn and use multiple recruiting technology tools, reporting, social media, networking sites, etc.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills.
