About the Role


Humbug Holiday Lighting of Clarksville is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position offering unlimited earning potential for individuals driven by results.

In this role, youll sell professionally designed and installed holiday lighting displays to both residential homeowners and commercial clientsfrom family homes to retail banks, auto dealerships, senior living centers, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new residential and commercial clients
  
  
• Conduct consultations and develop custom lighting proposals
  
  
• Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
  
  
• Meet sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-up
  
  
• Maintain accurate lead and customer data using CRM software
  
  
• Stay informed on lighting trends and seasonal offerings
  
  
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales techniques and service
  
  

Requirements

• Sales experience (service-based industry preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
  
  
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation
  
  
• Comfortable using or learning CRM tools
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
